Well, my Laptop Cozy for Kollaboration is done, I think I was the last person to turn in a project. I'm really pleased with collaboration with Trevor Waurechen and his Fossil illustration. Neither of us had any clue to what our link would bring forth.

I rather like the colours I chose and hope that the Ramie lining keeps its anti static that it seems to have. No scientific data however!

Happy New Year. We're well into it now and resolutions should be well and truly broken... I know mine is but I'll persevere. My sister found me this beautiful cup and saucer at Teaopia (where I've drunk a few Rooibos latte's), it's made to hold both the beverage and a sweetmeat..... there goes my effort to give up sugar!  Margot and me outside our hotel... The Gershwin.

This is what my old college roommate wrote in a Christmas card a couple of decades ago!  I do hope that everyone did have a Merry Christmas and/or Happy Holidays (to be PC).  After shows, my Mum's 90th birthday and a flying visit to New York City I wasn't ready.... consequently I will be sending my cards out sometime late January!

Felted collar in situ.

It's been a very busy month since the build up to the One of a Kind Show, it was nice to be back in Toronto for the Christmas edition for the first time in more than a decade. I had been doing the Ottawa Ottawa Originals in past Decembers until the Chicago OOAK started in 2001, then it was there (except for my '07 chemo year) that we went.

This was at a fruit and veg stand on our way to Picton one sunny afternoon and we stopped to pick up some fresh produce. The whole time we were there he never moved a wisker!
